Skyland Meetings and Events The Skyland Metro. and East River Regional Sanitation District's Board of Directors meet the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 pm. The meetings are held in the Skyland Lodge, Suite 112A. The Skyland Board of Directors, Skyland Design Review Committee and Skyland River Neighborhood Design Review Sub-Committee do not meet regularly.
